Atarah Grysman, MSc
Biography
Atarah received her BSc from York University in Psychology. An undergraduate course in nutrition prompted Atarah to pursue a Master of Science in Nutritional Science at the University of Toronto, under the supervision of Dr. Thomas Wolever. Atarah's research at the University of Toronto focused on carbohydrate absorption. Atarah joined the Glycemic Index Laboratories Inc. team in 2005. She is the Manager of Sales and Marketing.
